That being said, glasses isnt necessarily going to attract "smart" women to you. A truly smart woman should not only go for a man just because he wears glasses. Smart women look beyond physicality into the true essence of a guy and how his personality and other intrinsic qualities that define who they are. Be confident in what you are working and know that you are worthy of any girl's affections, and thus should not have to change who you are to accomodate someone else's wishes. Be kind to people that you meet and be the person that you want others to be: treat people that are around you and that you meet with decency and respect and the same thing will come back to you. A "smart" girl will see that and be attracted to you because of who you truly are and not what you look like.
